History

Prior to founding JAG the company’s owners started a small local Philadelphia PA business in the early 1980’s doing work in neighborhoods in northeast Philly.  They worked diligently earning a reputation for excellence in building at competitive rates.

After several years of business- ownership experience increased professional contracts and local visibility, they entered the general construction industry, specializing in commercial projects many being with Yum Brands, KFC/Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, Gino’s, Roy Rogers, auto dealerships, Harley Davidson, ACME, retail stores and office buildings in the tri-state area and up into Connecticut, NY, VA and as far as West Ohio and North and South Carolina.

Since then the company has evolved into a full service general contractor and project management firm with a sound reputation for reliability, unquestionable integrity and superior quality at competitive rates.

JAG offers a wide range of services including new construction, tenant improvement restoration and design build construction with a focus on restaurants, retail stores, office buildings, as well as residential new construction and remodels.

With an emphasis on building and maintaining client trust the firm is dedicated to creating strong partnerships and employs its vast industry knowledge to exceed client’s needs and expectations.
